Here are some habits which will help you reduce your anxiety. How will you incorporate these in your UPSC preparation?

1. In one of your study breaks, jump/walk for at least 10 mins. If you are already going for a gym that's great.

2. One of the breaks can be just for doodling, scribbling. Have some colors on your study desk.

3. Limit your screen time study methods. Keep your phone away in another room.

4. Set the intention for the day, end your day by acknowledging your efforts.

Is sadness always bad/unhelpful?

Sadness gives us the opportunity to learn more about ourselves and life. This is one of the characters in the movie 'Inside Out'.

The role unfolds that sadness is actually keeping us safe in many situations, it helps us to reach towards happiness.
